Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon fillet skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs for coating
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. In another dish, beat the egg.
  3. Dip each salmon piece into the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with the seasoned panko mixture.
  4. Place the coated salmon pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the salmon is crispy and cooked through.
  5. While the salmon cooks, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  6. Once the salmon is done, transfer the bites to a serving dish and drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce. Serve immediately.
