  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish Drained

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of drained prepared horseradish, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary. If you prefer a spicier sauce, add more horseradish a teaspoon at a time. For a milder flavor, add more sour cream.
