- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

- In a large bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti, egg, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Spread this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti layer. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the baked spaghetti rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
