Ingredients

  • 8 ounces smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced into strips
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 4 large tortillas whole wheat or spinach

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, and lemon juice until well combined. This mixture should be smooth and spreadable.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Place the smoked salmon slices evenly over the cream cheese layer. Add cucumber and avocado slices on top of the salmon.
  4. Starting at one end, tightly roll up each tortilla. Use a sharp knife to slice the rolls into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and garnish with additional dill or lemon slices if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
