Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add granulated sugar, melted butter, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine.
  3. Gradually mix in flour and salt, kneading until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a 16x21 inch rectangle.
  6. Spread softened butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Roll the dough tightly from the long edge, then cut into 12 equal pieces.
  8. Place rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan, cover, and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
  9. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. While rolls are baking, prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  11. Drizzle icing over warm rolls and serve immediately.
